Job Location: La Puente, 91744 CA.

1st Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM.

We are hiring a recruiter to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Qualifications are as follows:

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants for all open positions.
Analysts, Warehouse associates, and Call center agents.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing a profile in the internal system for new hires.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employer by providing recruitment reports.

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Attention to detail.
Punctual and responsible.
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Bilingual – English and Spanish, both fluently in writing and speaking.
At least 3 years of experience in office recruitment.
OT is mandatory.

Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
A reliable candidate.
Bilingual is a must. English and Spanish.
